We wanted to give you advance notice of a planned two-step maintenance affecting the Asia and Australia regions.

Step 1: April 30th, 1:00 PM UTC - 1-hour window
Step 2: May 6th, 1:00 PM UTC - 3-hour window

Within each of these windows, Akeneo PIM will be temporarily unavailable for a few minutes. We will work to minimise disruption and restore full service as quickly as possible.

🌍 Who is affected?
Only Asia and Australia regions. Europe and Americas are unaffected and will remain fully operational throughout.

PIM PaaS - Scheduled Certificate Rotation May 11, 2026 14:00-18:00 CEST

We will perform a scheduled certificate rotation on the cloud.akeneo.com subdomain for all PaaS instances. This maintenance operation should not trigger any downtime, and the certificate update should be transparent.

When performing enrichment operations, the Workflow UI may become completely unresponsive. All users of the Workflow feature are affected.

API Workflow enrichment remains operational.
