Monitoring -
We are currently experiencing a partial outage preventing users from logging in and browsing the PIM UI.
Who is affected: All users located in Eastern Europe (approximately 20% of our customer base) are impacted. If you are in this region and cannot log in or navigate the PIM, you are affected by this incident.
Workaround: PIM REST API and GraphQL API remain usable.
A fix has been implemented and is being monitored. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
