- Germany: June 17th, 18th, 6:00 PM UTC. The whole operation will be led in two steps. Your PIM instance will be operated only on one out of the two dates. The exact date for your PIM instance will be shared through an email sent next Wednesday to our main contact in your organization.
- Continental Europe except Germany: June 23rd, 24th, 25th, 6:00 PM UTC. The whole operation will be led in three steps. Your PIM instance will be operated only on one out of the three dates. The exact date for your PIM instance will be shared through an email sent next Wednesday to our main contact in your organization.
- APAC: not impacted by this operation.
The whole process is expected to last at most 2 hours for each operation date. For each operated instance, this maintenance will include a few minutes of downtime, during which Akeneo PIM will be temporarily unavailable. Outside of the above timings, Akeneo PIM will be fully operational.
