- APAC (Asia and Australia): October 27th, 3:00 PM UTC - Europe (United Kingdom): November 3rd, 9:00 PM UTC - Europe (Germany): November 3rd, 9:00 PM UTC - Europe (Continental Europe except Germany): November 4th, 9:00 PM UTC - Americas: November 5th, 9:00 AM UTC
Operating each region is expected to last up to 2 hours. Within the timeframe for your region, your Akeneo PIM instance(s) will experience a few minutes of downtime while the upgrade is performed. The platform will be fully operational once the process is complete.

Please complete any critical operations involving Akeneo PIM before the maintenance begins for your region. If you have scheduled jobs or automated tasks dependent on the system, we recommend rescheduling them accordingly.
